WHO ARE WE?

We are David, Yvonne, Daniel and Abigail Jackson.  A family concern of gluten free bakers, with a combined experience of 75 years in the bakery and catering trades,  intent on providing bakery products with outstanding taste and flavour. If you are as fed up as we are, with sub-standard and tasteless gluten free food, then we look forward to welcoming you as a customer!

WHAT DO WE MAKE?

A range of gluten, wheat and dairy free products (sweet and savoury), that eat like they should. From bread, rolls, pies, pasties and sausage rolls to celebration cakes, gateaux, muffins, scones, scotch pancakes and much, much more. If you have any favourites that we are not making at the moment, or have any other dietary or allergy requirements, please contact us and we'll gladly try and help.

WHERE AND HOW DO WE DO IT?

We produce in our gluten free bakery in the heart of Torquay, South Devon.

We use only gluten free ingredients, so there's no risk of cross contamination and wherever possible we use locally sourced ingredients.
